How To Use Visualization to Attract More Abundance In 5 Simple Steps

 

If you’re like most people, you may have limiting beliefs in many areas of your life that are holding you back from reaching more success and happiness.

And it’s no secret that shifting your mindset into one of abundance and prosperity can certainly feel challenging sometimes, however if you’re looking to experience true freedom in your life so that you can achieve your goals, it’s especially important that you gain control over your thoughts…

And today, I’d like to share with you a very effective technique that will help you do just that… Creative Visualization. 

If you’re ready to invite more abundance into your life, here are 5 simple steps to use visualization to attract more abundance, right now:

Step 1. Get clear on what you want.

The first step to getting to where you want to be in life is to know what it is that you actually want. It sounds very simple, yet many people fail at it simply because they’re not really clear on this crucial step. If this sounds like you and you’re feeling confused or overwhelmed with having too many goals and don’t know where to start, write down all the things that you think you want, and then choose the one that’s MOST important right now. 

Many people choose to start with the smaller or easiest goals and then work up to the more challenging ones. 

Step 2. Visualize 

Now that you’re clear on what you want, you’ll need a focused and relax mind. Rather than stressing about clearing your mind from every thought, just breath deeply, relax your body and work your way up to your head. Once you feel at ease, visualize the object that you want, but most importantly, imagine how you would feel having it

By practicing visualization and picturing the things that you want to see or do in your everyday life, you’ll be able to recreate the images and emotions in more detail. (Quick tip - try visualizing not only how it looks and feels, but also what sensations it gives you and what it smells like, and do it in as much detail as possible.)

Step 3. Use affirmations. 

By now you probably know that affirmations are short positive statements so powerful that when you say them, they help you create your reality. In fact, affirmations can actually make you conscious of your thoughts. Use your goals to write your affirmations. Remember to write them in the present tense, start with the words ‘I AM’, and make them as short and as simple as you can. 

Step 4. Practice positive thinking. 

Whenever you notice negative thoughts arising when visualizing, don’t resist them, just acknowledge them, be grateful for them and let them float away. This is a good way to notice them without giving them more power.

Step 5. Add emotion. 

If you struggle at adding emotion to your images, start by thinking about a moment where you experienced some sort of success or happiness in the past. Remind yourself of that success and relive it in your imagination. Visualize the experience or event as clearly as you can, and let the positive feeling you experienced at that time to come alive again.
